You haven’t had real pizza if you’ve never had it straight from a wood-fired oven. If you want a low-key Memorial Day celebration with less crowds, come to Regale Winery and get the best wine pairing you’ll ever have. Enjoy fresh flatbreads and pizzas made by local chefs in their own wood-fired pizza oven (fueled by their estate’s oak cuttings) with seasonal summer wines and a gorgeous garden view.
